A graduate from the University of Chichester with a BA (Hons) in Business Management and HR, I have begun my career in recruitment as part of STR Group, specialising in Aerospace and Defence. In my role as a Recruitment Consultant, I focus on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, supporting the delivery of high-quality talent solutions in this highly technical sector.
