Listen to our employees...

Since transferring to Insignis, I have had such a great experience and I am really grateful to have made this move. My managers have been so supportive since I started. They’ve always been there to offer guidance and encouragement, which has made a big difference. On top of that, the team spirit here is fantastic – everyone works together and has each other’s backs. It’s been a great experience, and I’m so glad to be part of the team!

My favourite thing about Insignis is that, every day, I get to work as part of a talented and collaborative team. We work together, help each other and celebrate our wins as one. The encouragement from our brand’s leaders to strive for greatness and achieve beyond our set goals is what really sets us apart. I have been fortunate to work across the Brand’s fantastic clients on some diverse projects, enabling me to establish a varied and exciting desk. I am proud to be part of the Insignis brand and can’t wait to see where the future takes us!

It’s rare to find a workplace that combines high standards of professionalism with a warm, inclusive culture, but Insignis achieves just that. The team respect each other across all levels and ensure every voice is heard. I’m proud to be part of this forward-thinking team, supporting each other to make genuinely positive impacts on our clients’ and candidates’ lives.

I have worked in recruitment for over a decade, and for the last two years with Insignis managing key accounts. What I found on joining the team, and what I continue to see every day, is that Insignis is a vibrant and welcoming team, where egos are left at the door. The team is friendly, collaborative, driven and positive, yet laid-back — a rare combination that makes coming to work enjoyable.
What stands out most is the collective appetite for hard work and the shared ambition to build on the ongoing success and growth of the Brand. It’s inspiring to be part of a team which is forward-thinking, where your efforts are recognised, rewarded, and directly contribute to its culture and achievements.
If you’re looking for a collaborative, supportive and ambitious environment in recruitment, then Insignis is it!

I have worked within the STR Group for 10.5 years and moved to our Insignis brand around 8 months ago. I can honestly say I have never worked in such a great team environment. Kirsty and Gemma, our brand leaders, work so well together and collaborate to ensure everyone has the support and guidance they need. We have a great level of team spirit and everyone is always happy to help others. There is a lovely environment in the office, and a great balance between fun and hard work. They genuinely care about everyone’s wellbeing as much as they do guiding people to be successful.
